Selection guidance
Roller body length and overall length
Measure the roller shell and the complete shaft separately. Two rollers with the same body diameter and length can have different shaft ends and may not fit the same frame. Mark each dimension on a drawing or photograph, include the fixing details at both ends and state the quantity for each size.
Identify the installed duty before replacing a part
Tell us whether the component supports the carrying belt, the return belt, a loading zone or a belt-guiding position. For a pulley, identify its position in the conveyor and include shaft, bearing-seat and surface details. A clear photograph of the installed assembly helps distinguish the component from neighbouring parts.

Which measurements are essential for rollers?
Provide shell diameter and length, overall shaft length and the shaft-end fixing geometry. Include bearing and seal requirements where specified.
