Send a drawing revision or part reference, the quantity for each item and your delivery destination. Material grade, tolerances, inspection records and delivery terms are agreed in the quotation; they are not assumed from the product name.
Selection guidance
Specify a blade or a complete cleaner
A replacement blade must fit its carrier and tensioner. State whether you need blades or segments only, or a complete cleaner assembly. Include the part reference and fixing details rather than relying on belt width alone.
Match the installed cleaning position
Primary and secondary cleaners perform different stages of carryback removal. Identify the current position, pulley and chute geometry before comparing alternatives. The belt width and cleaning width are separate dimensions; record both where they are available. Include the splice type and direction of travel so that the proposed arrangement can be checked against the belt.
Should a primary cleaner remove all carryback?
Cleaning arrangements depend on material and belt conditions. A secondary stage may be appropriate; blade contact and adjustment must follow the installation requirements.
