Selection guidance

Match the fixing as well as the outside dimensions

Two impact bars with the same length can have different rail profiles, fasteners or overall heights. Send a cross-section and fixing detail alongside the external dimensions. Photographs should include the underside of the removed bar and its support, so that the mounting arrangement can be identified.

Assess the complete loading zone

The sliding surface, resilient layer and supporting frame work together beneath the belt. Record the belt profile and positions of the existing bars, plus the material and loading conditions. A worn top surface alone does not establish the original section. Individual replacement bars must be checked against the installed support; a complete arrangement requires a separate application review.

Can an impact bar be selected by length only?

The section, mounting system, load and belt profile also matter. Check the complete loading-zone arrangement.

How is compatibility confirmed?

We compare the equipment reference, drawing, fixing geometry and operating conditions. Manufacturer and model names identify the intended application; they do not establish OEM supply or an affiliation.
