COMPACT 2010
Two decks. Three fractions.
Enclosed vibrating screen for fine mineral sizing.
Two 1,000 × 2,000 mm screening decks, configured with 3 mm and 250 µm apertures. A compact arrangement for preparing mineral size fractions before subsequent processing, with separate discharge routes and direct visual inspection.

Separate at 3 mm and 250 micrometres.
Feed enters through the rear top inlet and passes across two screening decks. Each fraction has a separate discharge route.
Retained on the 3 mm upper screen when maximum feed size is limited to 5 mm.
Passes the upper deck and is retained on the 250 µm screen.
Passes through both screens and is collected separately.
The general upper fraction is above 3 mm. A 3–5 mm product requires a maximum feed size of 5 mm. Separation has a transition around the cut size; efficiency must be checked on the material.
Compact construction. Access where it matters.
Screen body
The bolted sheet-metal enclosure is supported on helical springs. Two Plexiglas observation windows provide a view of material movement. The rear, higher top connection is the feed inlet.
Frame & drive
NPU channel sections form the chassis and supports. The configuration includes 1.2 m legs below the chassis, a side-mounted motor and an eccentric weight on the opposite side of the drive mechanism. Staggered discharge chutes keep the product routes separate.

Total transport height and dismantling arrangement are confirmed in the general assembly drawing. Combined deck area does not double throughput. Capacity depends on particle-size distribution, moisture, density, feed presentation and screen blinding.
Prepare size fractions for the next process.
COMPACT 2010 can be assessed for mineral sizing, including feed preparation in a valuable-mineral recovery process. It classifies by particle size. Density, magnetic or composition-based concentration requires a separate process stage.
Send a representative sample, particle-size distribution, moisture content and required throughput. Material behaviour at 250 µm should be evaluated before confirming capacity.
Frequently asked questions
Can COMPACT 2010 process 2 tonnes per hour?
2 t/h is the target of the reference application. It requires validation with the actual material, controlled feed and selected screens; it is not a universal capacity for all minerals.
Are all three top openings feed inlets?
The higher rear connection is the inlet. The other two are Plexiglas observation windows.
Does it concentrate valuable minerals?
It prepares size fractions. It does not replace density, magnetic or other mineral-specific concentration equipment.
