Belt conveyor parts: identify the component before ordering
A belt conveyor uses several component groups with different duties. Start with the position of the worn part and its fixing arrangement, then select the relevant product family below. A drawing of the installed assembly is more useful than a photograph of the loose part alone.

Prepare measurements that distinguish similar parts
Record the machine or conveyor reference, part code where available and a separate quantity for each size. Include the conveyed material, belt width and speed where relevant, exposure to water or dust and photographs of the wear pattern. For rollers, measure the body and complete shaft separately; for a cleaner or impact bar, include the support and fixing geometry.
Material grade, coating or lagging, dimensional tolerances and any inspection documents are confirmed for the identified component in the quotation. Existing part names and dimensions are identification information; they do not establish compatibility on their own.
