Reaction & Flocculation Tank
Condition the water before clarification.
The reaction and flocculation tank brings solids-laden water into contact with selected reagents. Compartment arrangement, mixing and dosing are coordinated with clarification so that the entire WRS circuit is specified together.
Match useful volume to the process.
Reference reaction volumes are 5 m³ for WRS 25, 10 m³ for WRS 50, 20 m³ for WRS 100 and 30 m³ for WRS 150. Volume and mixing duty are checked against actual flow, reagents and suspension characteristics.
Coordinate reagent preparation and dosing.
The tank works with polymer preparation, reagent storage and dosing pumps. Reagent type, solution concentration and injection points follow testing. The illustration does not fix the number or power of agitators in the final supply.
Keep inspection and cleaning practical.
Level checks, drainage, cleaning and access to mixing equipment are considered in the layout. Materials, surface protection and connections depend on water composition and site conditions.

Dose is selected through tests and adjusted for actual water, solids concentration and operating conditions.

The offer defines the scope. The tank and preparation equipment can be assessed individually or as parts of a complete system.
