Modular Process-Water Tanks
Connect washing, treatment and recirculation.
Raw-water and clarified-water tanks perform different roles. The first buffers feed variation into treatment; the second provides recovered water to the return pumps. Compartments and useful volumes are coordinated with the whole water balance.
Keep raw and clarified water separate.
The circuits have their own inlet, outlet and level-control arrangements. Fresh-water make-up is included in the balance together with losses in aggregates and sludge.
Choose the layout around the site.
For WRS 25, 50 and 100, tanks may sit beside the treatment equipment or beneath it in the M configuration. WRS 150 uses separate tanks. Final placement considers access, levels, structural loads and pipe routes.
Specify useful storage, not just nominal size.
The WRS model name does not define required tank volume. Flow variation, operating levels and process interruptions determine storage. Drainage, cleaning access and pump connections are defined in the project.

Can existing tanks be reused?
Yes, when their useful volume, watertightness, levels and access are verified for the application.
Is the clarified water drinking water?
These configurations are intended for industrial process-water reuse. Potable-water treatment is not a declared function.
