Selection guidance

Review the bowl liner together with the mantle

The stationary bowl liner and moving mantle define the crushing chamber together. Include the mantle reference when requesting a replacement, even if only the bowl liner is required. Feed opening, chamber profile and the intended CSS must be checked against the equipment specification; a part number alone does not describe a proposed profile change.

Separate fitting evidence from wear evidence

A worn sample helps show where material has been removed, but its remaining thickness is not the new-part dimension. Use a controlled drawing or confirmed reference for the seating and retaining geometry, and provide wear photographs separately. Backing and retention arrangements depend on the crusher and liner design; follow the equipment manual rather than assuming that one installation method suits every model.

Can a different profile be installed?

A profile change must be reviewed against the complete chamber and operating settings. A similar external shape does not establish compatibility.

How is compatibility confirmed?

We compare the equipment reference, drawing, fixing geometry and operating conditions. Manufacturer and model names identify the intended application; they do not establish OEM supply or an affiliation.
